A passionate chef with 15 + years of experience is driven by his modest and focused attitude, Ritesh began his career with the Taj Group of hotels and has been working within different sectors of the industry thereon. Through international experience with
companies like the W Hotels (Maldives), Atlantis The Palm (Dubai) etc. he has seen the best of what the hospitality industry offers. With multiple national and international food ventures to his credit, he has a varied range of experience in different cuisines and can easily adapt to all kinds of kitchens. Ritesh believes in giving back, as seen by his stint as a food production instructor to students in his
alma mater, which gave him the understanding of how information can best be shared in an organized manner. He hopes to carry his learning with every project he handles hereon.
