If there was one word we had to give Priyanka, it would be ‘Entertrainer’. This powerhouse of talent and knowledge has conducted numerous trainings, masterclasses and bartending workshops defying all the clichés and stereotypes in India’s Bar and Beverage industry.  Having worked at renowned hotel and restaurant brands like Four Seasons, Yauatcha and Shangri La, it was here that Priyanka found her niche. She commenced her journey as Beverage Trainer and consultant since 2013 by actively conducting brand promotion/tasting sessions and training for Cointreau, Drambuie, Indus Pride, Phondaghat honey and latest one was Paul John.                      

Academically Priyanka decided to lay a foundation for an amazing career she is in by completing her Bachelor Of Hotel Management and Tourism Studies followed by Wines and Spirit Education Trust Level 1, 2 and 3 and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.  

She added one more feather to her cap by hosting the show ‘The Bar Tales’ a show which covers the life journey of renowned people of bar industry  which features on Youtube. She was featured by Zee 24 Taas Marathi news channel for females in offbeat career.                 

She specializes in designing and executing training modules, beverage courses, beverage menus for individuals and restaurants. She has trained over 300 students from all walks of life (at Flairology Bar School), from hotel management to housewives, to engineers, and retired businessmen.

She’s an inspiration to a lot of Indian women for changing the bartending landscape in India. She has been recognized by leading publications like Mumbai Times, Economic Times, Mid Day, Indian Express and B.inspired magazine by Brussels Airlines for her contribution as well. 

From a trainer to an entrepreneur, this woman knows it all.
