A traveller at heart and a foodie at soul, Ajay’s passions took him on six-year sojourn aboard the luxury Cruises where he learned all about the food and beverages industry while working in various fine dine outlets under Michelin star chef like Marco Pierre White (White room), Chef Atul Kochhar (Sindhu). Prior to this, Ajay has worked with industry stalwarts like The Trident of The Oberoi Group, ITC Grand Central Luxury Collection. Has worked closely with Moet Hennessey & Diageo in promoting their spirit brands Belvedere, Ciroc, Cointreau and Smirnoff . But his real journey began way before when he took up hotel management training and graduated in Hotel and Tourism Management Studies. He also holds an Intermediate Certificate in Wines and Spirits from WSET, London and is certified as a Hospitality Supervisor from “American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute”, USA. He brings to the table a mix of such well-rounded experiences along with his excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills.
